Phillip Kaylor
Lead Pastor
Pastor Phil became the Lead Pastor in November 2024. Phil was born and raised just up the road in Cornwall, PA. He and his wife Lindsay have been leading the youth ministry at PGC since 2018 in a part-time capacity. In 2020 Phil felt that God was leading him into full-time ministry and began to seek out what that meant in his and his family’s life. The opportunity at PGC to lead the student ministry and be involved in adult discipleship is where he landed. Phil is passionate about helping students and adults see their personal callings of being disciples of Jesus Christ. During his downtime he enjoys hunting, playing basketball, and spending time with family. He and his wife Lindsay were married in 2011 and have two boys, Micah and Liam, and one daughter, Evie.
Sarah Eberly
Children’s Ministry Director
Sarah Eberly serves as the Director of Children's Ministry here at PGC. She finds joy and energy in working with kids and families to encourage them to follow Jesus daily. She and her handsome husband, Davin, have five fabulous children--Aaron, Brooke, Cole, Donovan, and Elijah. In her free time, Sarah loves listening to music, reading, and visiting libraries to stock up on more great reads! If you have a book suggestion, she's always ready to hear it! She also enjoys playing games with her family and friends--Settlers of Catan, Ticket to Ride, Machi Koro, Dutch Blitz, and Five Crowns are just a few of her faves.
Lindsay Kaylor
Worship Director
Lindsay is married to Pastor Phil and they have three children Micah, Liam and Evelyn. She has been involved in worship ministries starting in high school at her home church in Watsontown, PA and around 2017 at PGC. She was also involved in youth ministries with her husband Pastor Phil from 2018-2023. She has always had a passion for worship and believes worship is a key part to a life with God that can change hearts and bring us healing. It’s something he calls us to do for our benefit because He loves us.
Rebekah Remp
Worship Leader
Rebekah grew up in Manheim, where she currently lives with her parents, her younger sister, and their two dogs. After high school, she went to earn a degree in Music Education and Music Business at Kutztown University, where she was saved in 2019. She then realized the Lord was calling her to use her musical abilities for His kingdom, and decided to pursue worship ministry. She participated in the worship team, leadership, and Bible studies with her campus DiscipleMakers fellowship until the end of college, when she decided to become a member of PGC. Rebekah spends her free time writing songs on her guitar, having adventures with her friends, and spending time with her family.
Sean Cleveland
Youth Director Intern
Sean is the student ministry intern. He has been working as a volunteer in both student and worship ministries at PGC. He is passionate about seeking God and seeing how He moves in people’s lives. Sean is married to his lovely wife Geena and has one cheerful son Jeremiah. When Sean is not working you can likely find him playing disc golf, enjoying music, and/or spending quality time with friends and family.
Loren Meyerhoffer
Office Manager
Loren served as the Secretary for 7 years and in the fall of 2024 moved to the Office Manager position . Loren is responsible for overseeing the operation of the church office and assists the staff with a variety of administrative duties. She is passionate about creating efficient systems and methods of organization that helps her and the staff be better equipped for serving the leaders & members of the church. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, their 2 children and their 2 dogs.
Chuck and DiDi Martin
Custodial Staff
Chuck and DiDi were married in 1975 and have three boys and one girl. They just had their 11th grandchild. They've attended Palmyra Grace Church all their married life. Chuck has been Financial Secretary for many years and DiDi used to play piano for many years. When they were younger they were involved in the Children's Ministries in various ways. They've been custodians as long as the building has been here and in the previous facility as well. They like to take road trips, gardening and visiting with family.
